yah. ive seen alot of other posters say they have just as much difficulty. i didnt have any soy yogurts last week but still had slight bloating from the food i did eat. i was on the BTC diet BTW and was too afraid to add those in after i took my laxatives. i want/need to find a naturpathic doctor for advice and checkups. mine i dont think would understand my natural remedies and the ones i want to try.

probiotic but the digestive enzymes i ended up buying is by renewLIFE and they are digestMORE. you take one with or after a meal--2 if you need to. i like them. im not sure if they are helping but i have not been feeling too bad. im wondering though if i should continue the psyllium?? i want to get the probiotics though. or the other ones that bamagirl was recommending. are you thinking of trying/taking probiotics too?

I already take probiotics...same ones as Bamagrl. I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want you to lose hope on them just because I'm still struggling.

that's why I was so interested in the one that the HFS lady said was so great! If you remember, please post!

I've also added it to rice or even to a cup of water. I think it gives food a nutty taste.

I don't think a probiotic effects the usefullness of the Acacia, because I was seeing results with it several months before I began taking my Jarrow. I think the Jarrow may enhance the usefullness, but they work as well independently.

I hope you will soon see great results! Keep us posted!

by the way, I'm curious as to why you chose Croatia to visit
? That's the Adriatic Sea in the pic I suppose. Also,is that
an amphibious car out on the water or just an unusual look-
ing boat? -Bob
