Based on Heather's Recipe Book I now use Metamucil or FiberCon with good results. The ad makes Benefil sound better. BTW I am IBS-D. Thanks! I take 1TB in the morning and 1TB in the evening. My boobs are the same size as ever, but it sure helps with the IBS.
