A lot of people on the Boards like Luna Bars - you can do a Search. I don't know if they would be safe for reflux - it might depend on the flavor.

My go-to snack for everywhere is pretzels. I love them, they're SF, no triggers, easy to carry, perfect.

I agree about the Luna bars. The lemon zest and key lime pie flavors have bothered my reflux a little bit, but none of the others have, not even the chocolate peppermint stick. They're an excellent, IBS-safe snack.

I LOVE these things! They are SOOOOOOO yummy! If you can find them, the best ones are the peanut butter choco chip. They must be awfully popular, because Fred Meyer is always sold out of 'em. When they have them in stock, I buy 'em all! The choco chips are VERRRRY teeny tiny, and the peanut butter is very light, so it's not an over-powering flavor.

Alternatively, there's caramel or plain. They also have bags of mini rice cakes, and my faves are cheddar and ranch; I'm able to tolerate the small amount of dairy in them and have been known to consume 30 at one sitting (hey guys, that's only 3 points on Weight Watchers!).

Easy to keep in your desk drawer or in your car. No fuss, no mess. And DELICIOUS! Give 'em a try!
