I just started taking Benefiber on Sunday and wondered how much I should start out taking. So far I have been taking two pills a day. It says you can take 2 to 6 pills 3 times a day. But in reading posts, I believe that it is better to start small and increase slowly.... Can someone give me some insight on how much to start with and how much to increase over time!!! Thank you!
