I know some can handle cold foods and others can't. I have run into Whole Soy's Frozen Cultured Soy and found it to be a lifesaver. Try the frozen section. Many flavors.. the only one non ibs friendly is their mocha fudge flavor because of the coffee. But, the creme caramel and lemon ginger are excellent. http://www.wholesoyco.com/product_frozen.html
This shows nutritional information. 1 g of fat per serving (1/2 cup), which is significantly less than Tofutti (which is what I had been eating)
PS. Don't forget the live and active cultures... no casein!

LOVE this stuff! Even before I was stable, this was my "ice cream" of choice! It's AWESOME! Now that I'm stable, I still eat it 'cause I LOVE IT.
It does contain coffee, but it's not one of the first ingredients listed. The small amount of coffee in it is very satisfying if you're a coffee lover. It totally did not bother my tummy -- EVER.
If you do a search, you'll find a million posts about this great stuff. We did a taste test with all the different soy "ice creams," and the Mocha Fudge won out BIG time!
Mocha Fudge ROCKS!
