I really cannot stand the taste of fennel tea, I've tried health food ones and ordered Heathers ones and I'm sorry but they really just taste disgusting to me.
Is there any alternatives? ie. pill form? anything?

I'd be interested to hear because I just got some from Heather's store and really don't like the taste. I drink it when I really need it but it's like medicine to me. Yuk! Have you tried peppermint or ginger type teas? They are supposed to be good for the tummy also.

That tea is so tastey that the fennel taste gets lost in there.

Do a search on "fennel" and "taste" (no quotes). How to make fennel more palatable for those who don't like it has been discussed a lot in the past.
Personally I like the taste but I also sometimes mix it with other teas and this works great. The stronger the flavour of the other tea, the less you can taste it. Good with peppermint, ginger, fruity teas... anything really
As for an alternative, I don't think anything really beats fennel for it's anti-bloat properties, but there are lots of other teas that are generally helpful to IBS: peppermint (if you don't have GERD), chammomile, ginger, anise (ok well that basically tastes like fennel but... ), plus lots of others!

I don't really like peppermint or other herbal teas either, I only like tea with milk in it
I don't really get bloating I don't think, what exactly is it? My main problem is gas.

I experience bloating as gas trapped inside and my abdomen sticking way out so it looks like I'm pregnant. The fennel helps a lot with that, but I like the taste so maybe my suggestions won't help you.
However, have you tried any of the teas with soymilk and sugar stirred in? Ginger tea with soymilk in it tastes wonderful to me; maybe you could even brew it up with some decaf tea.
