that I noticed in my grocery store...
Cliff bars' Z bars (at least apple cinnamon flavor) and Not so Sloppy sauce. There is also roasted pepper or sundried tomato spreads that with bread would be safe.

Soba noodles seem to be flour first then whole wheat flour second and so might be safe for many.
Z bars are Cliff bars for kids.

Oooh, soba is great! If you can get the real Japanese ones, they are made out of buckwheat and yam and are really nice and soothing.
