I don't have an answer for all, but from my past experience when I was weight training, flax oil caps, and your Calcium supplement can be taken after meals. Your probiotics should be taken on an empty stomach either 1 hour before meals, or a couple of hours after meals. Fibre caps need to be taken on a empty stomach too. Digestive Enzymes are usually taken about 15-20 minutes before meals.
Now, since you have IBS, I'm not too sure if this sequence still applies.

Keep in mind that if you add them all in at once, you won't be able to tell which ones help, which ones do nothing for you and which ones hurt.

and give a few weeks before you determine how that one thing is affecting you. Otherwise you'll have no way of knowing what is helping or hurting you, or what effect it's having at all. Some supplements do help me but most have been a waste of money, then I'd never known without trying I guess. GL

However -- I only added one thing at a time. You really need to isolate things that are helping/hurting. You'll never know which things might be the problem if you add them all at once.
I would give them at least a week before trying anything else to see how your body reacts to it. The probiotic will take 3 weeks or more before you see any real change from it (for the positive - at least according to most people). I find that it not only helps with gas & bloating -- but my general health as well.
As far as interactions and times -- that is best left to which supplement you are taking. Some probiotics need to be taken with food -- some on an empty stomach -- some it doesn't matter. Follow the directions on your label. You can always gather up all your supplements and ask your pharmacist too. Ask them if any of them will bother your prescription(s) -- and then follow up with your other questions.
