As all the main side effects are IBS symptom-like! And anyway, it only stops you digesting dietary fats and with the IBS diet you should be eating low-fat anyway. It won't help weight loss AT ALL if you don't restrict your calorie intake from other calorie sources (ie. carbs, proteins) too.
