handles milk products. Does this mean it is unsafe? I found a place online that says Haagen Dazs Sorbets (Chocolate Sorbet in particular) contsins NO diary ingredients of any sorts but are processed on dairy equipment. Does anyone eat things like this? I really think my biggest triggers is too much fat and STRESS/LACK OF SLEEP! I think sorbets are low in fat, and chocolate just sounds heavenly. Anyone have any advice?

Thanks!

Amber

I love Haagen Dasz sorbets! This is actually safe for IBSers, and I don't worry about those warnings since it's mainly for those people who suffer from food allergies. So, it shouldn't be a problem for people with intolerances. You might want to try a search: a lot of folks can eat sorbet and Haagen Dasz sorbets have been discussed before. The only problem may be if you're very sensitive to chocolate.
