cooking oil

I don't use oil for anything as I use non stick pans and do not do a lot of baking. What type of oil would be best if I did use it?

It doesn't really matter - oil is oil. With that said, it's always better to choice a "healthy" oil - such as olive oil that has the good kinds of fat. You know that they have neat little sprayers for oil nowadays that you just put your oil in them and spray it. It's a good way of incorporating a little oil into your diet. A LITTLE bit of oil is good for you. Just use it sparingly. Don't avoid it completely.
