Please do a search on this; it comes up on a regular basis. There are soy cheese, rice cheese, and even almond cheese. One of the easier-to-find brands of soy & rice cheese is Galaxy. I find the sandwich slices more palatable with this brand, except the cheddar. The cheddar, in my opinion, is nasty whether in slices or chunk cheese. Another good brand for soy cheddar (the only good fake cheddar I've found) is Lisanatti Soy Station, but I have a heck of a time finding it. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator     Pages: 1
