WEIGHTWATCHERS 'FRUITIES' any problems???

Hi
Being on the WW plan the last wekk I have been eating the WW 'fruities' sweets, (low calore sugar free chews). Now I am normally C but this week Im not D but have been going (sorry) alot more and have wind alot! Has anyone else had any side effects eating these (good or bad)!?

Do they contain artificial sweeteners since they are sugar free? Artificial sweeteners are a trigger.

It says on the packet 'sugarfree gums with sweetners' and it contains a source of Phenylalanine ??

Check the ingredients list. I suspect these contain Splenda or another artificial sweetner. That's usually what "sugar free" means. "Unsweetened" tends to mean no real or fake sweetners are included.
