1. Ground turkey and ground chicken in the high fat type. Does this have dark meat in them? I think a pound of this stuff has 44 to 50 grams of fat which in the future I am going to try to find the lean stuff but was wondering if they have the dark meat in them.

2. Chicken legs are a normal correct? I believe they are dark meat although they look pretty light to me.

Yes, they do make higher fat that do contain dark meat. You want to get one that is all white meat. They are labeled extra lean "all white".

And chicken legs are dark meat, which is higher in fat, so not recommended.
