brown sauce usually isn't bad, so if you get it steamed & are fine with the broccoli, chicken & broccoli should be fine. mooshoo veggies doesn't bother me, but it does have a lot of IF and i don't know about the fat.
the worst thing for me in chinese food is msg - be super careful.

I usually go for red sauces and sweet ones as I think they are less fatty usually. Steamed anything is good too. I usually get shrimp with ginger sauce, yummy yummy. or steamed wontons...mmmm getting hungry..

Yes, even though I had Thai food (drunken noodle chicken....mmmmmmmmmm!) last night and am about to go make stir-fry for dinner!
My stir-fries are never the same twice, either. Let's hope it's a good one!
Oh, and at a lot of Chinese places, you can ask for no MSG. A number in my area state on their menus that they don't even use it in the first place. Good luck!

I used to get Chicken Fried Rice (no MSG) every Friday night, but it was making me super gassy - then I tried ordering it with an order of steamed rice, and mixed it 1/2 and 1/2 - avoiding the bigger pieces of egg, with no more problems. My 12 year old finishes off the Fried Rice.
