I am interested/curious about it. But, I don't want to add fuel to the fire in the ole' bowel either! lol! If you have done this, or know someone I would like to know about it. Also, what type of juicer etc. is a good buy? I would hate to buy one and find it has been a waste of money. As far as juice fasting goes, I don't have personal experience with this, but I definitely think no eating and nothing but juice would be difficult on your bowels. Alot of these fasts also want you to do a bowel cleanse ... hmm, not sure I want to do that! I had to do that for prep for the colonoscopy and I was wishing I was dead!
