no choking,but it does feel like I'm not getting a deep enough breath,I do agree,it must be some sort of food allergy..and the bread is the one thing I cut out,till eating it last night.
I haven't tried Benadryl yet,one of the only things I haven't tried, I thought it would hurt my belly,but I'm thinking I should get dressed and go to CVS and buy some.

Definitely try Benadryl. A lot of us here take it when we need to without any problems... and if it's an allergic reaction you're having, which is what it sounds like, it will hopefully help.

PS - The ingredients in that bread are very safe... you should have no IBS problems from it. Kind of a moot point if you're allergic, but I figured I'd throw that in since you did ask!
