I am on 50mg of the Nortriptyline and take the librax three times a day before meals and that is 5-2.5mg cap. The align is one per day and the dose is the same for everyone. My gastro had said since I am finally stable after being really sick for almost a year to try and take me off the librax but I said no way. This combo is working and it is not going to be changed so he said that was fine. Good luck, I have been there and did not think I would ever be normal again. Lisa
