They RARELY have triggers in in my experience.

Linz is right, these RARELY have triggers. But do check. The Dempsters ones (I think that's it...) have carageenan in them, which is a trigger for some IBS folks, myself included. I've also seen HFCS in these sometimes! Gosh, they just have to put that in everything, don't they? Grr..

Thanks! My daughter has been sick and I haven't been able to check the website until today. Good. I seem to get wheat confused all the time but I know I'll eventually get it straight.
