Hi Jenix, Your description is a bit confusing, you say that
you have a really bad stomach ache and the head spins, but
you're not actually sick. It sounds like you are sick. Any-
way, your symptons are indicative of an ear infection. I
don't think it's IBS related. Ear infections commonly
cause head spins and nausea. If you swim a lot, I would
say that that is probably the most likely diagnosis. -Bob

I have had a pounding headache all day, today! I guess it's from the sun. I'm not used to seeing sun around here and today it was right in my eyes for about an hour while I was driving. I thought I was going to die! I think I would rather deal with my IBS than this pounding headache! It's very nauseating. I can't hardly even keep my eyes open long enough to look at the computer screen!!

Hope you get to feeling better soon!!
Michelle

Maybe it's some kind of stomach flu. It's been going around lately in the area I live.

Sinus infections can have all those symptoms. And they can go on forver in mild forms if left untreated. Believe me, I've had more than my fair share of them!

Yes I agree with the others, it might be a sinus infection. I had sinus problems for months since spring and summer, and it cleared up about a month ago. Candidas can be responsible for sinus infections, and after a few months of using probiotics, that's when I noticed that it went away.

Good afternoon Jenix, Though it doesn't sound as though it's
been good for you. I think you're definitely right, if it's
been hanging on for 4 months, it's definitely not anxiety.
It's possibly some allergy, if you just moved to Warwick-
shire 4 months ago, I would highly suspect that's the case.
I've rarely heard of sinal infections lasting for months,
but if Meep says she's had, and more than once, that makes
it another likely possibility. I've had one for two weeks
now that I wish would go away. If it is an infection, you'll
probably need to get some kind of antibiotic,I'm sure Meep
can tell you which one worked for her. By the way, the Vic-
torian British Army division the lads below and I reenact
is the 2nd Warwickshire. I hope to get over there this
coming summer and participate with them. Hope this new year
brings you some relief! -Bob
