It happens just about every year - Over indulging. The last couple of days I haven't been feeling so great Of course it's all my own doing and I should have known better. In the past couple of weeks I've been eating chocolate, cake, spinach dip with pumpernickle bread, drinking alcohol, and coffee. I think the spinach dip and coffee really did me in.
So remember for this weekend - Eat safe.

I think we all understand where you're coming from. My acid reflux has been bothering me lately, and the other night I was stupid enough to have TWO drinks instead of the one glass of wine I usually allow myself with a nice dinner. Not too smart... I felt sick for a couple of days and finally ended up with a full-fledged attack last night. I'm definitely reacquianted with my parents' bathroom again. Sigh. Anyway, just look on the bright side. The holidays are almost over, and with them the pressure to eat unsafe foods. I hope you feel better soon!

Hi Kree, Yes indeed. So far I've mananaged to resist that
second glass. My Paxil has a warning on it that says do not
drink alcohol with this, that's good enough motivation not
to have that second glass. Say, have you been getting much
snow so far? We got a ton, 51 inches, up to the day I left
for Chicago, but none since then according to my friends.
It figures, as soon as I leave, it stops. By the way, your
new hairdo looks great. Have a good new year! -Bob

Hi Bob! Happy New Year! Good for you for resisting that 2nd glass. I'm usually so good about that, but I had a moment of weakness. I guess this was a lesson for me!

51 inches! Wow. Yes, I've been getting a ton of snow, too, although not as much the past week or two. It snowed for over a week straight without a single sunny day not too long ago. I'm actually still at my parents' house in Rochester, but I'll be very interested to see how much snow is left on the ground when I get back up North tomorrow. I've heard we're in for a tough winter this year... yuck.

Thanks for noticing the hairdo! I needed a change.

I agree, Kree, I like the new 'do. And I love your signature quote, too.

Kree, Yeah, we get a lot more snow than normal due to Lake
Superior lake effect snow. We had that same kind of week
long snow too, must be moving directly east to your neck of
the woods. I've been up your way once. I considered going to
SUNY at Potsdam as an undergrad, but ironically enough, I
thought the winters were too nasty. Sure thing on the hair-
do, you'll note the panel of judges all agree! -Bob

Don't bother those who don't want any

I just want it to snow already! I guess I'll be waiting a LONGGGG time...I live out in Phoenix! *sigh*

IF we move to Denver or something...I'll get LOADS of snow. Can't wait!!!!
