I gather that there are some that can't tolerate deli meats. Luckily, I have never been one of them. I tolerate deli turkey just fine, although it's best if it's plain or honey-roasted. (Butterball's rotisserie flavored deli turkey bugs me a little bit.)

I think that they're a-ok...just no red meat, please
Tons of folks eat turkey deli....
And don't forget tuna and fish is fine too Also a quick and easy fix

ALL deli meats are triggers for me. I can't even tolerate deli turkey ham. BAD stuff! Ditto with turkey bacon. I think it's the nitrates that's the culprit.
However, deli turkey breast is totally safe -- at least it is for me.
