Hi Guys

Look what I just read about!!!!!!!! A new yogurt that sounds perfect for us!!!!!!!!!! I'm VERY excited about it and hope that it will help to make our tummies happier.

...and dairy is still a trigger food, and best avoided by people with IBS. Just FYI and all that.

They've had it here in Canada for the past year. I've tried it and it's not bad. I don't eat it everyday so I don't know the effects it would have on my IBS if I ate it daily. I can tollerate havae some yogurt, but I know other cannot. Here's a link with more info on Activia.
