Thanks everyone. I tried the pork chops before I knew they were a trigger food but since I have never had the ham the fear of an attack is greater than the want of a great tasty ham. One day when I consider myself more stable I will give it a try. Seems to me folks who are C can eat more than those of us who are D?

I'm not sure about that. Maybe it's just that for those of us who are D the consequences are more immediate!
