Liquid Vitamins

I just found out that at age 60 and over, the body only can digest 10% of pill type vitamins. I am wondering if anyone here takes liquid vitamins and what brands are reputable and where can they be found.
I appreciate any help I could get on this matter.

There are several liquid vitamin choices offered on iherb.com. NOW, Source Naturals, any of those are reputable brand names. My gyn swears by one called first choice energy or something like that. You can find several choices on iherb though, and even some in powder form...Nature's Way has one called Alive! that looks great. I'm taking one now from NOW called true balance, and it is a powder filled capsule. I disolves in less than 10 minutes! Hope this helps!
