I know you have to have SF as the main part of your meal and i do, my fave meal is pasta and chicken but what i want to know is do i have to eat all of the SF before i can eat the IF or can i sort of mix it together? thx. Merry Christmas everyonexxx

Hehe, no stupid questions

You can definitely mix it together, just make sure you have a few bites of pasta before the chicken, for example. But you don't have to eat all the pasta before you have some chicken. How much SF people need first varies, so you'll have to see what works best for you, but having a few bites of pasta first should be just fine.

Chicken is not IF, or fiber at all, but I assume the pasta and chicken is eaten with some vegetables? So as Laurel said, a couple bites of pasta and then mix it together.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
