Hi
Just wanted some confirmation on whether these particular foods are safe or not. The dreid apaya ive been having im sure is kind of caramalised or something as it is really to yummy and sweet to just be simpy dried!? Also in general is dried mango ok and lastly Ive discovered Couscous I ate it tonight and it was lovely but I have a feeling its not going to be safe?Does anyone know!

Couscous is perfectly safe.

As for the dried mango and papaya, those fruits are soluble fiber, but when they're dried, I treat them as insoluble just to be on the safe side... that is, I don't eat them on an empty stomach, and I've been fine with them. And yes, they are quite sweet to begin with, so they're very sweet when dried!
