I think maybe those oyster crackers that I have been eating are triggering my reflux. They have salt on them. If I eat regular saltines that are unsalted, I'm okay, but I think these oyster crackers are giving me problems.
Hey, I'm eating a mini bagel and BEETS!! Not doing too bad, so far. My tummy fills up soooo fast.....I can't eat a whole lot in one sitting. I'm full already and I've only eaten 1/2 the bagel and 2 beets. But, I'm still starving. I hate my stomach!!!!!!!!!! It's all shrunk up because I've lost so much weight. It needs to stretch back out, already!!!

Michelle, do you food process your veggies? Just curious. I do, or at least ultra finely chop even SF. It really helps.
