thanks for telling me about the crisps I eat are probably too high in fat and for telling me how to work it out, thing is, and i'm gonna sound really thick now but i work out how to do the sums!sorry!i worked it out as follows 23g bag of crisps has 106 cals and 5.1g fat, i did 5.1 multtiply by 9,which is 45.9, then i divided 45.9 by 106 and times it by 100 to get percentage and it works out at 43.3%. Is that right or have i worked it out wrong coz it seems really high, sorry to sound so thick! maths wasn't one of my strong points!

nope, that's it.
especially with calorie amounts close to round numbers like 100, you can just do the rough math - 100 calories (ish), 50 calories from fat (ish) - that's about half of the calories from fat - too much.
