I'm not sure about the multivitamin, but the calcium supplement that has helped A LOT of IBS-D'ers is Caltrate Plus, with the purple label. But, if you're having good luck with the Citracal, keep on taking it! I am IBS-D and I do not do well with any kind of Calcium supplement. I have a very sensitive tummy and it does not like Calcium at all..... Good Luck! Michelle
Hi Michelle, My stomach is very sensitive too! I can't handle dairy (lactose issues) hence the calcium pills but am not sure if the vitamins are causing me distress or the Citracal! I switched from Centrum vitamins to Geritol vitamins because Centrum contains lactose and according to tne internet drugstores Geritol does not. Thanks for your input. torre
