I have not had a bowel movement in the past 2 days until this morning. And now I have ALOT of mucus. Does anyone else have this problem and what do you do about it?

I started drinking a glass of warm water every morning with a 1/2 a lemon squeezed in it and it gets rid of that mucus. I don't have that at all, anymore, since I started the lemon water every morning. But, be prepared because it also stimulates the colon. So, if you're prone to D, might not want to do it first thing on an empty stomach. When I have my 'bouts of D, I stay off the lemon water until is subsides.
So, try that and let me know how it goes.
