I'm allergic to Fennel and everything Heather sells has fennel oil in it, any suggeestions?

what about peppermint of cammomile
what symptoms were you wanting to treat with the fennel? maybe we could offer some alternatives?

I know that you can purchase plain peppermint caps. at the HFS. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if you can purchase camomile caps.
I've only ever used the peppermint. It's quite a unique & soothing sensation!

Hello, my name is Joanne and I'm new to the board. I'm hoping someone can help me. My IBS symptoms are bloating,gas and the big "D". I also have acid reflux to add to the complications. I can't take peppermint tea as it burns my stomach. I bought Heather's fennel tea and found that it helped but the next day found I was itchy which usual means allergic reaction for me. Any suggestions? Does anyone know about Anise? Thanks.
