Hi all,
Does anyone know how long it is o.k. to take St.John's Wort? Weeks, months? Thanks,

I'm not sure for how long it is safe to take St. John's Wort. I would consult a herbal dictionary/book, or ask a naturopath to be on the safe side. I have heard that it is good for depression. My Herb Book by John Lust says that it is a good herb for nervous disorders, as well as the oil is good for stomache and intestinal issues. He cautions that the use of the herb can make the skin sensitive to light, and it has caused poisoning in livestock, though I assume they ate copious amounts when grazing!
