it looks just like mine when he was younger. What type of dog is it? Mine was from the pound but they said he was part Pitbull but he is definitely part hound.
Just curious! Sandy

Hi Sandy, He is a mutt, I think he has some kind of hound dog in him, because when I take him for walks in the woods behind my house he flushes partridges(ruffed grouse). He just showed up in my yard in June 2002 and started hanging out with my brittany spaniel who has since past on. When he kept on showing up after a week, I figured he was some sort of lost dog, and took him in. I posted an ad in the local paper and nobody responded. Since he loved my brittany and vice versa , I kept him . He's hyper but very affectionate, and gets along great with my two cats. His official name is General Beauregard, but he's called just Beau for short . That picture he's in is from a local 4th of July parade three years ago. Also, he is full size in that pic, the Vet guess -ed he was about a year old then. Thanks for asking. -Bob

and glad he found such a great home! My dog "Q" is about 11 now and slowing down but he was a great running partner when he was younger and is so friendly and great with kids.
I think "mutts" are the best anyway!
Sandy
