Progresso chicken barley and Progresso chicken noodle (the regular and the fat free) have both always been safe for me.

Sorry you're not feeling well. Hope you get better soon!

this comes up quite a bit. Just hit search at the top, type in canned soup, entire phrase, with no time limits!

Hope you feel better soon.

All the "Amy's" soups are awesome, except the ones that contain milk ("cream of..."). I especially love the butternut squash and black bean vegetable varieties, but there is also minestrone, split pea, vegetable, and lentil.
Also, I buy bulk dryed soup mixes from my local HFS...they are so easy, and incredibly cheap (a plus for a college student like me!)

Hope you feel better soon!

pacific (or something like that - they come in cartons, not cans) makes cream-of soups with soy milk - portobello, corn, broccoli - all really ibs-safe. SF and low- or no-fat.

Healthy choice makes a couple and most stores have some natural ones that are safe if you read the labels. Watch out for dairy, MSG, HFCS and very high fat.

They're organic and wonderful and safe!!!

You'll find them at the Health Food Store.

those are really really yummy--and safe. not all are made with soy.

i love the portabella mushroom one!!!

the broccoli one is lovely, too.

so is the corn one.

ditto for the butternut squash.

but, in my opinion, and it's biased, i love the portabella mushrooms and the broccoli. i also often use the vegetable stock for my own quick soups. the chicken broth is good too.

kate, ibs-d.

Thanks for all of your answers. Everything is very helpful now my fiance can go to the store for me without having to check every single can of soup to see if its safe.
