digestive enzymes??? anyone with info

Hi everyone,
A friend told me about Enzy Mega(Quest IV Health products) a bottle of digestive enzymes that helped her better digest food and she can now eat different foods including milk.
Has anyone here tried them? Their ingredients include
amylase, cellulase,lactase,lipase,maltase,protease,bromelain,sucase, lonic meneral blend 77 organic trace minerals.
I did a search at this site for digestive enzymes with no luck.

I'm not positive, but I believe it is like Beano. Just enzymes that help your body break down food to make it easier to digest. I use it mostly for gas problems and if I'm going to cheat and have something a little greasier than I know I should. I have been tested, and am not lactose intolerant but even with the food enzymes I tried to stay away from dairy. I don't think its going to hurt anything so you might as well give it a try!
