im not much for the fake meat but i relley miss the breaded chiken!!it has no diary in it and looks safe,but i thought we couldnt have anything that had the skin on it,as far as meat goes??????if anyone knows let me know!!!cuz i wanna get some!

They're really good! Totally safe when I tried them. The stir fry strips are pretty good, too!
I think they have inulin in them, but I'm not sure. That may be an issue or troublesome, to some.

ugh - i tried the smart menu beef stir-fry strips, and they were *vile* - too salty, even for me, and just gross.
but if you say the chicken ones are better...

The only yummy 'fake beef' I've ever experienced were Yves Cuisine 'Neat-balls.' Boca Burgers are okay, too.
I used to LOVE these gluten-free soy burgers made by Sol Cuisine, too. Not the 'Tex-Mex' flavour, though. Ugggh.
But, Smart Menu fake chicken patties are yummy. Ditto for the chicken stir-fry strips.
