hey guys. i did a search on protein powder, but am coming up mostly with the whey vs. soy vs. eggs discussions. i know i want soy or egg white protein, but what i don't know how to find is something that tastes good. does anyone have a protein powder they like and would recommend? has anyone tried the whole foods brand? i'd love something that tastes good just mixed into soy milk, and doesn't need fruits and a blender to be good.
thanks!

When you did a search did you find Shell's post about Soytein? You might want to ask her more about it. It does sound tasty!

Check out .... this thread I recommend either one of these... I just mix mine with vanilla soy by shaking in a bottle... very easy and tastes good too!

I'm a protein powder junkie!
These are my two favorites:
NOW brand Egg white protein (all it contains is egg whites and doesn't really taste like anything, just makes your shakes really smooth and creamy - tastes great in chocolate or vanilla or plain soy milk!)
NutriBiotic brand Vegan Rice Protein in chocolate or vanilla (has more of a "taste" than the egg white protein, but still is pretty good and doesn't contain anything but rice protein and either natural vanilla or natural chocolate flavor - no sugars or artificial sweeteners)

Soytein and Spirutein do taste good, but they're full of sugar and additives, which you may not want.
Just keep that in mind
