I am looking ofr nice, safe breakfast ideas. I pretty much have settled into a lunch routine of turkey or sliced chicken on sourdough with lite mayo, Baked Lays, and veggie juice, but I'm getting severely bored with my moring routine of an egg on toast with iced tea.

I usually have oatmeal (regualar old fashioned oatmeal, not instant or quick oats) made with 1 c. soy milk. I add cinnamon and then a half cup of pears or peaches or a banana. Every once in awhile I have a cold cereal like Cheerios or something corn-based. If it's a horribly busy morning, like if I have an early tour or meeting, I just grab a Luna bar.

I love Heather's recipe with oatmeal, rice/soy milk, brown sugar, and blueberries. It's so filling and yummy.
