How Do You Keep Your Spirits Up??

How do you guys keep your spirits up when your IBS just seems to be dragging you down. Am feeling very low about the future with IBS at the moment and just wanted to hear if anybody had some 'kick yourself up the butt' type tips to help me keep trying to beat this damn thing.

Think about the fact that there are many of us who were in the same position you were in at one time....and realize that many of us are now stable!!
2 years ago I was a complete wreck....I was suffering from depression because of IBS....then I found this site, went on some antispasmodic meds, and I've never felt better. I have my life back and you will get there too!!
Gosh I sound like an infomercial eh?? Hahaha....hang in there...it does get better I promise!!

one Michelle B takes. If it is the case, I'm going to lean on
