Just curious if you can soley eat an all soluble fiber diet, or do you have to include insoluble fiber.
Thanks!

for a few days, to stabilize yourself, you can eat just sf. after that (the so-called breaking the cycle), you do need to integrate if. here's some info about if: insoluble fiber.
keep in mind that in additon to these, you need to make sure you're getting protein, and a small amount of fat.

If you cut out IF, you really increase your risk of getting colon cancer. Having said that, I did eat very little IF for about a month when I first went on this diet. But then I was really sick and stopping being so sick was more important than anything.
But anyway, eat as much IF as you can!

Basically what Linz said - it's not healthy to eat just SF. You miss out on a lot of important nutrients and increase your risk of colon cancer because your gut NEEDS IF. I know it's tough though. I went a really long time where I ate only very small amounts of IF all day. Not healthy but it was a heck of a lot easier. Just keep trying to eat as MUCH as you can, SLOWLY adding in more. Good luck
