Hey again everyone...I've been writing in here a lot recently, about having attacks and eating here at college..I was going crazy without the pasta I eat at home...so i just tried to make them here..and it worked! I feel so relieved to know that I can make them here all the time. I don't know if anyone else does that too...but it was never mentioned to me here...I was just so happy to be able to eat them again and not have to wait months til I went home!! I just add a minute or so to the cooking directions and its all good  They aren't as good as cooking them on the stove, but its good enough.

I did this with macaroni this summer and couldn't believe how well it worked!

I used to make everything in the micro. Meatlof, lazagna, mac and cheese, meatballs. Even scrambled eggs. It takes a little practice, but you can get really creative. Just don't over cook the food.
