I ordered the caps and tried them today....I have read several posts about feeling your intestines moving, and some actually seeing the movement.....The pep caps have helped me not feel the movement of my intestines, and this has been the best day I have had in about a year!! I haven't had any urgency, not too much gas. I have actually been able to walk my dogs without fearing the worst 
This gives me hope  I have been dealing with D for about 15 years, but this last year has been the worst. My 17 year old son has been causing a lot of stress in our family  So I am soooooooo thankful for Heather's website, supplements, and books. They have been very helpful to me -- I wish I would have found out about them sooner!!
Those of you who have small children....love them, play with them, make memories with them. Create traditions that you keep and celebrate each year.....no matter how much you dislike what your child is doing...... always hug them and tell them that you love them, make sure that they experience the consequences of their behavior!! Don't let those years slip away... It is those years that really count. Before you know it, they are teens and want nothing to do with you. On a positive note....I have heard that when they get into their 20's they realize that they do appreciate their family, and want them in their lives. Hopefully that will happen here -- prayers welcome
