I will be out and away from home or even a kitchen for most of the day Saturday and Sunday.
Is it ok to premix acacia in small water bottles with water and keep them with me?
I know some of the other SFS will get thick and unusable if they sit for even a minute in water.

I have been mixing acacia with water or fruit juice and it works well. I usually put 1 Tbsp in a rounded bottom coffee mug (otherwise it gets stuck in the corners) and mix about 1/2 cup water with it. I use a mini whipper (a Pampered Chef item -- I sell Pampered Chef if anyone interested) to get it all mixed up. I use an old gatorade type bottle (about 20 ounces), pour the 1/2 cup water acacia mixture in the 20 ounce bottle. Add more water, juice, or 1/2 water and juice (that's my favorite). I bring it to work with me -- I think that would work for a plane too!
