Hi! I have a question about the Fibercon supplements. I take two per day to control my alternating IBS symptoms. However, when reading the label, I noticed that the main ingredient is something called 'Calcium Polycarbophil". My question is: is this in any way related to Calcium? Also, I take two 600 mg Calcium Carbonate pills per day in addition to the Fibercon. Could the combination of both cause me to be constipated? Thanks, Amy.

The calcium pills certainly could be an issue. Don't think the Fibercon would be, but I'm not 100% sure.

I'm not sure tho that you're getting a significant SFS dose from just 2 pills a day! Anyone remember the grams of SF in each pill?

Two fibercon equals one gram of soluble fiber. Very low! It also does contain 244 milligrams of calcium per this website. Fibercon
