My system is very sensitive. Recommended dosage is 2 - 6 caplets, 3X a day. I started with 1 caplet, 3X a day. After 3 days, lots of cramps when having BM. Should I increase dosage and is it OK to use imodium at the same time? Check that your SFS doesn't contain any triggers like sweeteners (I don't think Benefiber ever does, but ya never know!). And try dropping down to just one caplet a day and seeing if that helps. You can never go too slow when introducing a SFS to a sensitive system! If that doesn't help then it might be that Benefiber is not the SFS for you...in that case I'd try Acacia as it's really gentle. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator     Pages: 1
