I've had great success with them - only to find failure after I went off them so I know they were helpful..... Good luck w/ the colonoscopy...be patient w/ yourself.. Energy work (Healing Touch and Reiki) help relax the body's systems as well. I tried Equalactin. It seemed to work the same as FiberCon caps for me. I just stuck with FiberCon because it is less expensive.
