I thought I would just share a new discovery, well it may not be too new to some of you.. I have been buying the individual smoothies that are already made in the diary section. They have all types by "Light and Fit", "Frusion" and even "Silk"(soy). In the mornings I am usually in a huge rush either to get to my college classes or to work and I don't have time to make my own smoothie so I pop one open and put my Miralax in that..and I am ready to go!! Try it out!

I dont know if its "non-dairy"??...I forgot that alot of people dont do dairy! I can handle some dairy like these smoothies..but nothing too heavy like ice cream. Sorry about that!...but I know they do have those soy ones, if that would work better.
