I just bought some TVP and want to try it out, but I wasn't sure if it is soluble or insoluble fiber. Can someone help me out here? Thanks!

I just realized it's not fiber at all, SF or IF -- it's protein! Sorry for the confusion

Oh, but I thought that because it is soy, it has to be either SF or IF. It has fiber in it, I believe, so what type of fiber is it? Thank you for your help, but I am still a little confused.

You are right...it is soy and soy is SF. It's even listed on Heather's Soluble Fiber chart.
