Thanks, Chantel, this is very helpful. And I'm super impressed you were able to train "your guys" to leave your chocolate alone!

BTW, are you IBS-C, D, A, or P?

A chicken wrap is a tortilla with chicken and whatever else you want in it. I eat them cold most of the time, but sometimes I throw the wrap in the skillet for a few minutes to give it a diiferent flavor. I also use spagetti sauce and make a chicken pizza wrap minus cheese. My son eats them right along with me. They are very tasty.

My favorite tortillas are by "Tortilla land". You have to cook them which only takes 2 minutes and they are soooo much better than pre-cooked tortillas. I also by "Mission" tortillas, burrito size for when I don't have time to cook them.

what brand have you found that tastes good? i miss cream cheese dearly. if i'm feeling particularly hearty, i can take a very small amount of it on a bagel, but i would love to not be risking destabilizing myself for that.

I like Whole Soy Co cream cheese because of the smoother texture and how it mixes well in dips and spreads. There probably have been discussions on this before, so you should probably do a search. I never ate that much cream cheese before the IBS (I'm also lactose-intolerant) so I'm definitely not an expert on what it should taste like.

I love tofutti brand cream cheese. It's the only brand I've found that tastes good. I ate Philladelphia fat free cream cheese before the IBS diet, and Tofutti tastes alot like it. They have a french onion, herbs, strawberry, and plain. You can find them at safeway. French onion is my favorite. Yum!

Or any other supplements? Or do you just use your diet to maintain stability?

Are you IBS with constipation?

I maintain with diet only, no supplements. Yes, my Ibs problem is constipation.

Text that the BB software insists I add or it won't take my post.
